1. When viewing videos via Dropbox, the files may look blurry because of the compression it takes when loading a preview. Rest assured, all videos are shot in 4k and downloading all files will result in the best viewing quality.

2. Before uploading any content to Instagram, please ensure your settings are set to “upload at highest quality.”

3. Raw videos need to be edited when uploading as Reels.

Since I shoot in 4k at 60fps for the best video quality. Instagram only supports 1080 HD at 30 fps. You must use a video editing app to export Reels at 1080 HD at 30 fps to prevent Instagram from compressing videos and losing quality when posting.

OK to upload raw videos directly to Stories. Instagram stories can support 4k resolution.

OK to upload raw videos to TikTok as it can support 4k resolution.

4. Please ensure that you download all footage and videos from the Dropbox folders. I store your files for up to 3 months.
